Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Spirals RCE collects, how it is used, who it is shared with, how it is disclosed, and the security practices used to protect it.

Information We Collect

When you use Spirals RCE, we may collect:

  • Discord account information used for login, such as Discord ID, username, display name, and avatar.
  • Linked console gamertag information you provide for in-game delivery.
  • Purchase details, including product IDs, product names, server selection, prices, order IDs, discount or gift card usage, and purchase time.
  • Payment status and checkout identifiers from Stripe. Full card numbers are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Spirals RCE.
  • Site session data needed to keep you signed in and protect admin/store actions.
  • Support messages or Discord messages you send to us.
  • Basic technical information such as request time, browser/session behavior, and security logs generated by the server.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Authenticate users through Discord.
  • Process purchases, discounts, gift cards, gifts, subscriptions, and refunds where applicable.
  • Deliver purchased digital products, in-game rewards, and Discord roles.
  • Maintain purchase history and admin logs.
  • Provide support and investigate payment, delivery, or account issues.
  • Protect the store from fraud, abuse, duplicate delivery, and unauthorized admin access.
  • Improve site reliability and store operations.

Who Information Is Shared With

We disclose information only as needed to run the store and deliver purchases:

  • Stripe receives payment and checkout information to process payments and manage payment security.
  • Discord receives login requests, role updates, and purchase or admin notifications when configured.
  • Server/RCON providers or game server systems may receive gamertag and product delivery commands so purchases can be delivered in-game.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers store the website, sessions, logs, and product data needed to operate the service.
  • Legal, compliance, or fraud prevention parties may receive information if required to comply with law, payment rules, chargebacks, or security investigations.

How Information Is Disclosed

Information may be disclosed through secure API requests, payment webhooks, Discord OAuth and bot/API requests, server-side purchase logs, admin dashboard views, and support communications. We do not sell personal information.

Security Practices

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including HTTPS on the live site, server-side sessions, access controls for admin pages, payment processing through Stripe, limited storage of payment data, environment-based secrets, and operational logs used to investigate suspicious activity.

No online service can guarantee perfect security. You should keep your Discord account secure and contact support if you believe your account or purchase was used without permission.

Data Retention

Purchase records, delivery logs, session records, and support messages may be retained as long as needed for store operations, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and support.
