This policy explains how refunds are handled for digital products, ranks, kits, VIP benefits, subscriptions, and other store purchases.

Digital Product Notice
Most Spirals Rust purchases are digital items or in-game benefits delivered automatically or manually after payment. Because these benefits can be used immediately, completed and delivered purchases are generally final.
When Refunds May Be Approved
Refunds may be considered when:
- A duplicate purchase was made by mistake.
- A product was not delivered and support cannot resolve the issue.
- The wrong product was delivered and cannot be corrected.
- A payment was unauthorized and verified through the payment provider or support review.
When Refunds May Be Denied
Refunds may be denied when a product has already been delivered and used, the buyer provided incorrect account or gamertag information, the buyer violated server rules, the request is abusive or fraudulent, or the issue can be fixed through support.
How To Request A Refund
Contact support through Discord with your Discord ID, order ID if available, product name, purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue. Support may ask for additional information to verify the purchase.
Chargebacks
Please contact support before opening a payment dispute. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in removal of purchased benefits while the issue is reviewed.
